Wow! There sure are a LOT of ab exercises out there, all claiming to give you a flat tummy. Which one works the best? Should they hurt when you do them? Should you do a combination? And how often do those stomach crunches need to be performed to get the results you want and get rid of that belly flab? It's really hard to choose what's right for you. A few of the more basic ones that you can try are listed at the bottom of this page.
As well as the old traditional or basic types, there are lots of new and unique ways to work the abdominal muscles, many of them that you can do more simply, even while at your desk working in the office or as simple as holding in your stomach whilst you are walking. (Many of us will try to do this anyway, if we are, perhaps, wearing something that doesn't easily cover our tummy!)
In addition, there is a lot of equipment available that can be used to work abdominal muscles and additional items such as exercise balls, free-weights, ab-cruncher exercise machines but of course they all cost you money you may not have.
I'll be working to add some more unique ab exercises and information on some of the equipment that can be used in conjunction with those exercises, in the near future.
