Flat tummy diets. Hmmn. Well there are absolutely a ton of them out there, all claiming to work well to lose weight and get rid of your belly fat. I have to admit, I really CRINGE when I see that word - you know the word you always think of and say to yourself "OK! I'll start it on Monday." If you're like me and you can't stand the thought of yet another one, you may want to consider more subtle changes to some of the not-so-great foods you eat today -and replacing those foods with other more healthy foods that can also help you to get the mid-section you've always wanted.
I love food. I love to eat. I love to eat good food! But we have to consider the definition of GOOD. What tastes good isn't necessarily what is good for you, your body, or to aid in your flattening crusade.
And whoever thought of eating to lose weight! Yes you can and should eat ... as long as what you eat are the right foods, you eat at regular intervals throughout the day, not just once or twice, and your portions aren't huge.
